Laura is a board-certified physician assistant and a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates. She brings over a decade of clinical experience across dermatology, primary care, and emergency medicine to every patient visit, with particular expertise in skin cancer screenings and the surgical management of skin cancer.

Her approach is built on listening, clear communication, and partnership. Laura takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients and making sure every visit leaves you feeling comfortable, informed, and confident in your care.

That number drops sharply once the cancer has spread, which is why regular skin checks are one of the most important things you can do for your long-term health.

What to Watch Out For

The ABCDEs of Mole Changes

A is for Asymmetry. One half of the mole doesn’t match the other.
B is for Border. The edges are irregular, scalloped, or poorly defined.
C is for Color. The mole has varied colors or shades.
D is for Diameter. The mole is larger than a pencil eraser (about 6mm).
E is for Evolving. The mole has changed in size, shape, or color over time.
