Dr. Emily Arsenault was born in Miami, Florida. Upon entering her undergraduate training at the University of Miami, Dr. Arsenault was invited to attend the prestigious Honors Program in Medicine. She successfully completed this rigorous program and earned her Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
After achieving her Doctorate, Dr. Arsenault finished her medical internship at the Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. She then went on to complete her training in Dermatology at Boston University.
Throughout her training, Dr. Arsenault has been involved in both research and patient care. She has presented her work numerous times at national meetings for Dermatologists and Dermatologic Surgeons. Dr. Arsenault is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and has earned the distinction of being Board Certified in Dermatology.
To have accomplished all this by such an early age is a testament to Dr. Arsenault’s keen mind and determination. Beyond this, Dr. Arsenault is a wonderfully caring physician who takes the practice of medicine to heart. Her kind and personal style is the reason that she has been voted “Best Dermatologist” in the Bradenton Herald’s Peoples Choice Award for the last 10 years.

From there our practitioners work together with you and your child to create a treatment plan. All our treatments are approached in the most gentle and effective way possible, all performed in an environment designed to be supportive and caring.
Dr. Conor Patrick Dolehide specializes in general, pediatric, and surgical dermatology. He grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where he attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory School, before briefly pursuing a career as a pilot at the United States Air Force Academy.
After two years, he transistioned out of the military to complete his pre-medical degree at prestigous Northwestern University. He then completed eight years of training at the world-renowned Rush University Medical Center, including medical school, internship, and a residency in dermatology. During his final year at Rush, Dr. Dolehide served as a chief resident while completing a master’s degree in clinical research.
Dr. Dolehide then continued his training at Florida State University, where he completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology. His fellowship training included reconstructive surgery training under the guidance of a plastic surgeon.
Meredith dedicated herself to the practice of medicine during her youth. She was accepted to the prestigious Honors Program in Biology at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee. During her undergraduate study, Meredith won numerous awards for her academic excellence, including the Presidential Honors Scholar Award and received the special distinction of being the Outstanding Graduate in Biological Science. Meredith graduated at the top of her class and received the high honor of Magna Cum Laude.
After achieving her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Carson Newman College, Meredith was accepted to the renowned Physician Assistant Program at the University of Florida. Meredith earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Florida Physician Assistant Training Program with special distinction. There she received the distinguished Outstanding Didactic Student Award for maintaining the highest G.P.A. in her class.
Since achieving her degree and licensure as a Physician Assistant, Meredith has worked exclusively in dermatology. Not only is she an adept diagnostician, but she has also completed advanced training in Facial Enhancement and anti-aging treatments, including Botox, laser therapy and photo-rejuvenation.
Laura conducted both her undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Florida. After achieving her B.S., went on to earn her Master’s Degree from UF’s renowned Physician Assistant Training Program.
Since achieving her degree and licensure as a Physician Assistant, Laura has worked within the Emergency Room at UF Health Shands Hospital. She also has worked with other dermatology groups, and has even performed Mohs Surgery closures. Laura has advanced training in Mole Mapping and Dermascopy.
Melissa is committed to offering every patient the highest standard of care in dermatology. Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She received a Masters of Medical Science Degree as a Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, Florida, where she was awarded the Dean’s Award for graduating at the top of her class.
Since becoming a Physician Assistant, Melissa has worked exclusively in dermatology, caring for patients with compassion and commitment to each individual’s skin care and cosmetic needs. Melissa is trained in medical dermatology for patients of all ages. She also specializes in cosmetic procedures including Botox and dermal fillers.
Kristin comes to Arsenault Dermatology, highly educated, having earned both a masters and undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine, before enrolling in the world-class Physician Assistant Training Program at the University of Florida.
Kristin is a member in good standing at both the FSDPA (Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants) and the SDPA (Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants).
At Arsenault Dermatology, Kristin specializes skin screenings and the surgical removal of skin cancers. She also is a favorite of many of our younger patients.
Kristin is married, with 2 furry babies — beautiful miniature daschunds.
Christina Troiano is a board certified physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Christina is a Florida native who received her Masters of Physician Assistant studies from The University of Florida’s College of Medicine in June 2014. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida.
Prior to joining Arsenault Dermatology, she practiced as a Dermatology Physician Assistant in Jacksonville, Florida. She is an active member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Christina prides herself in providing best in class service to her patients. She believes in creating a top-notch care experience for her patients and has found this in the culture at Arsenault Dermatology. She is excited to join the patient centered team at Arsenault Dermatology where passion for patient care is unmatched.
Nicholas (Nick) Wolhaupter is a board-certified physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Nick received a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Gannon University (Erie, Pennsylvania) in August 2016. He also received a Bachelor of Science from Gannon University.
Prior to joining Arsenault Dermatology, he practiced as a Dermatology Physician Assistant in Lakeland, Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Nick loves treating patients of all ages. He has a warm caring presence that will put your child or parent at ease. His is skilled in cosmetic, surgical and non-surgical treatment plans. He is excited to join the patient centered team at Arsenault Dermatology where passion for patient care is unmatched.
Since its inception in 2003, Michael Arsenault, MD (“Dr. Mike”) immediately stepped into a leadership role focused on guiding the practice toward unsurpassed quality, efficiency and style.
Like Dr. Emily, Dr. Mike also completed the prestigious Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, where they first met and later fell in love. Upon achieving his Doctorate in Medicine, Dr. Mike then went on to complete a medical internship and Adult Psychiatry training at Brown University.
After attaining Board Certification in Psychiatry in 2003, Dr. Mike worked for several years at a Sarasota mental health center and within his own private practice. By 2006 Dr. Emily’s reputation for exceptional care led to incredible demand and exponential growth of the practice. She asked Dr. Mike to put his clinical responsibilities on hold to formally join her as the practice’s Chief Operations & Technology Officer.
In his capacity as CEO, Dr. Mike focuses all of his attention on the growth, development and modernization of the practice. Dr. Mike’s specialized skill set paved the way for our practice to expand within the Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota communities. Dr. Mike also spearheaded initiatives including the implementation of the practice’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System, the purchase, design and construction of our state-of-the-art Lakewood Ranch facility, as well as implementation of Arsenault Dermatology’s cuttingedge technological infrastructure.
Eva is the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly here at Arsenault Dermatology. With over 70 employees, and hundreds of patients each week, you can imagine it can be overwhelming at times.
Eva’s responsibilities include patient satisfaction, personnel, employee policies and procedures, future business planning, and support for all staff and providers.
Eva was born in Hungary, received her degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and is married with a beautiful 6 year old daughter.
